The running demanded in football requires your body to use the energy it has stored up. Before, during and after the game, make the right food choices to increase your energy stores and help you to perform at the top of your game. Pre-match meals are different to post-match meals, but both are equally as important.

 

 

 

 

 

If you do not fuel your body correctly before kick-off your body will tire quickly, and you will struggle to keep going for the whole game. 

 

So remember, eat the right foods and you will be running rings around your opponents.
