This is the real decision time for Europe

Now Euro 2016 gets interesting. With the group stages finished any mistake now means the next flight home....

After big decisions in Europe, it's back to business at Euro 2016. Managers of national teams competing haven't been afraid to change line-ups & formations but now experimenting time is over.

History has already been made for Northern Ireland, Wales & The Republic of Ireland. England will be hoping for a to progress and repeat the ‘spirit of 1996’ .

The great thing about football is that it can produce more drama than make believe.

The Republic of Ireland face France with memories of Thierry Henry’s handball that stopped them from qualifying for the World Cup in 2010. France have become hot favourites to win this tournament but the Irish have a new found belief that will spur them on.

It’s an all British affair again for Wales as the come up against Northern Ireland. Having already lost a battle of Britain against England, the Welsh will want to make no mistakes.

England face Iceland but whilst the media are saying that they are an easier opponent than Ronaldo’s Portugal they are a team hard to beat.

Got something to say?
