Former coach at Ajax and now national team manager for Surinam. Also title winner with both Ajax & Feyenoord

 

Dean revealed that some of Holland's greatest players were actually born in Surinam. He explained that the coaching environment was important to how talent comes through. As a former coach at Ajax he spoke of Johan Cruyff's blueprint to get the club back to winning titles.

The England stars you see today have all been under the Noel's guidance. Harry kane, Ross Barkley & Raheem Sterling have had his eye run over them. As a national team coach he had to come up with a plan that suited the amazing talents he had in front of him. His methods brought both player development success on the training ground & positive results on the pitch.
