The Player


The Brazilian centre-forward played four and a half seasons with Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga after signing from  Figueirense. Firmino signed for Liverpool but did not have the best of starts playing as an attacking midfielder. It was not until German manager Jurgen Klopp used Firmino as a "false-nine" in a 4-3-3 that he has really started to shine.

Final Note

Firmino is often not given the same credit as Salah and Mane in the Liverpool team however he contributes so much more to the team than just goals.
